SL20 is one special emulsifier for cationic slow setting bitumen emulsions;it is an organic polymer with amine groups and surface active properties.
1.Emulsifier for Cationic Slow-Setting and super stabilized asphalt emulsions.
2. Cationic Emulsifier for demanding spraying grade applications such as tack-coat on concrete base or prime coat.

Storage/Handling
