The software can run under Windows operating system, and can realize the automatic extraction, storage, printing and export of the data of the acquisition instrument. The instrument conforms to national standard, ministry standard, line standard and other current effective relevant test specifications.
Composition and principle of the instrument
The instrument is composed of test host, normal load regulator, controller, air source and computer control system.
Principle: The instrument is controlled by a single chip microcomputer stepping motor to drive the shear mechanism, and the maximum normal load, horizontal load, normal displacement and horizontal displacement are measured by the force sensor and the displacement sensor respectively. The USB port connects the controller to the PC. The upper computer software is a matching control system with the shear machine host, which is mainly used for system operation and control of the host. The software can be run under Windows7 operating system, can achieve the consolidation data extraction and view, cut data extraction and view, print, export and other functions.
Test host: consists of normal loading system, horizontal loading system, normal displacement system, consolidation shear box, etc.
Regulator: Connect air pump and cylinder to control normal load.
