RO-SS6000 Self-propelled chip spreader
Ⅰ.Summarize
SS6000 self-propelled macadam spreader developed by our company is a special machine for spreading stones with particle size below 30 mm. It is one of the key supporting equipment for asphalt pavement construction. According to the construction requirements, stones of certain specifications can be continuously, quantitatively and evenly spread on the pavement and subgrade sprayed with asphalt. It is mainly used for the spreading of crushed stone in the construction of upper seal layer of low-grade highway and the spreading of crushed stone in the construction of new asphalt pavement by surface paving method. It can also cover the surface of high-grade highway. This model is currently the widest single chip spreading width in China (the maximum spreading width can reach 6 meters), the highest spreading efficiency and the highest degree of automation and intelligence.
The main structure is as follows:
1.Transmission mode: walking system is mechanical transmission, belt, screw, material roller and hopper system is hydraulic transmission;
2.Travel mode: tire travel front axle drive;
3.Conveying mode: double belt conveying;
4.Receiving hopper form: hydraulic opening and closing;
5.Spreading hopper form: combination of pneumatic classification and mechanical width adjustment;
6.Operation mode: automatic and manual;
7.Control mode: proportional control and switch control.
Ⅱ. Product features
1,Main performance
The main properties are as follows:
a)Large amount of spreading, can meet the requirements of a variety of aggregate spreading.
b)Telescopic hopper, mechanical and hydraulic width adjustment device.
c)Material gate opening and spreading speed ratio control, aggregate spreading evenly.
d)Belt feeding and material level device joint control, realize automatic control of feeding.
e)The screw and the material level device are controlled jointly to realize the uniformity of the material level of the spreading hopper.
f)Screw and material roller are driven by independent motor, which is beneficial to conveying and preventing segregation.
g)The walking system adopts full hydraulic walking system, which is stable, clean and convenient for maintenance.
h)The speed of the vehicle is stepless and adjustable.
i) The receiving hopper adopts hydraulic opening and closing hopper, which greatly reduces the residual material of hopper after spreading.
j)Self-locking traction hook can realize convenient connection and separation of spreader and material car in continuous spreading.
Its biggest advantage is that the height can be adjusted with the height of the dump truck drawbar.
k)High efficiency diesel engine, enough power reserve to adapt to various conditions of dispersion and resistance to load changes.
l)Full hydraulic steering system is adopted to make steering more flexible.
m)Smooth and efficient hydraulic braking system is adopted for vehicle braking.
n)The movable seat (console) improves the operator's visual field and makes the construction operation more intuitive.
