Asphalt heating adopts the heating method of full thermal oil heat transfer to prevent asphalt overheating and aging, and is equipped with automatic temperature control system and thermal oil pressure monitoring system to ensure the heating process is safe and reliable.
The heat transfer pump and asphalt pump are all hydraulically driven, and the hydraulic system adopts high efficiency and high reliability electronically controlled variable hydraulic system, without radiator, low fuel consumption, simple use and maintenance.
The use of large flow heat conduction oil pump circulation heating, heating speed is fast. Tank heating, asphalt pump heating, spraying pipe heating circuit parallel design, can be selected separately, easy to use.
Thermal oil provides all-directional insulation for asphalt pumps and nozzles. After spraying, asphalt pumps and nozzles do not need to be cleaned with diesel oil. Purge with high pressure air or circulate with a full range of thermal oil to keep the pipes and nozzles unimpeded.
The control system adopts modular design. Low failure rate, fast and simple maintenance.
The whole machine control program and drive device are equipped with a backup system to ensure that when the main control fails, the backup system can be started and automatic spraying can still be implemented.
Various sprinkling requirements can be completed in the cab.
Flexible hand-held spray gun, which can apply asphalt to corners.
Excellent insulation performance, average temperature drop ≤20℃/8h.
Convenient loading and unloading function, in addition to filling asphalt from the mouth of the tank, the hot asphalt can be pumped out by itself, and the external asphalt can be pumped and transferred.
