The Performance and Application of the Product
Cationic asphalt emulsifier is a product that our company has developed and applied with high-tech technology for many times then gradually improved since 1984. The improvements make the product more suitable for the emulsification of current highway asphalt in China, which has good emulsification and stability for heavy asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, and can produce qualified emulsion for ordinary 100#_ 200# asphalt.
The product has superior performance that means it easy to dissolve in the ingredients, non-toxic, non-corrosive, sterilization and disinfection effect with no side effects to the human body in use. Reference dosage: 8-10 kg per ton of emulsified asphalt should be used, and the amount of modified asphalt should be appropriately increased. For more special bitumen, the amount used depends on the experimental data.
